Conventions
Each summer, AFHE sponsors a home education convention and curriculum fair in Downtown Phoenix.
The 27th Annual Arizona Home Educators' Convention & Curriculum Fair will be held:
July 23 and 24, 2010
Phoenix Convention Center
South BuildingEarly registration will open in March 2010 and will close June 23, 2010. Current AFHE members and those who have attended the convention in the past two years will receive the early registration form which will be included in the spring convention issue of the Arizona Home Education Journal, AFHE's quarterly print publication, a full-color magazine. The spring convention issue of the magazine is scheduled to arrive in mailboxes in early March 2010. The early registration form will be posted on the website at that time as well.

Highlights of the convention include:
- INSPIRATION & ENCOURAGEMENT
- SPEAKERS ... A variety of speakers and workshops for veteran homeschoolers and parents new to homeschooling alike.
- TEEN TRACK ... A series of workshops geared especially for youth ages 12 and older.
- EXHIBIT HALL ... Come browse and shop the vast array of curricula and resource vendors. Save on shipping at most booths!
- EXHIBITOR WORKSHOPS ... Workshops taught by exhibitors with information about their products or services.
- MENTORING MOMS BOOTH ... Experienced homeschooling moms available to answer questions.
- FRIENDS ... See old friends and make new ones.
- GOODY BAGS ... Filled with brochures, catalogs, and pamphlets from a wide variety of companies and services for homeschoolers.
