CONVENTION 2008 - MARILYN ROCKETT

Marilyn Rockett, is the author of Homeschooling at the Speed of Life (B&H Publishing group, 2007) and The Time Minder File-a-Plan. Marilyn is a contributing author to several other books, including the latest, Laundry Tales to Lighten Your Load by Celebrate Moms, Inc., and The Home School Manual by Ted Wade and others.

She and her husband, Chesley, are the parents of four grown sons, all married. They home educated the younger three sons for fifteen years, from 1981 until their last son completed high school studies in 1996. The Rocketts are the proud grandparents of home-taught grandchildren: five grandsons and a granddaughter.

Marilyn gives Minding Your Time Seminars and Passing the Baton seminars, and she speaks for homeschool and Christian women’s events. Marilyn also has founded and worked in local, state, and national homeschool organizations and support groups in Texas and Maryland.
