AFHE Thank You Picnic

James and Nancy Manos from the AFHE board thoroughly enjoyed visiting with Pima County homeschoolers at Reid Park in Tucson. The weather was perfect, lunch was tasty and plentiful, and the fellowship was delightful. We had over 100 adults, children, and teens join us. We gave away a number of tote bags, water bottles, mechanical pencils, Boyer books, and a couple of copies of the "Exposing a Trojan Horse" DVD, too!

We will be planning more picnics in other parts of the state during 2009. Watch for announcements about upcoming picnics in the AFHE Member email updates and also on the AFHE web site Events page. We look forward to visiting with more homeschooling families in other counties in the near future!
