Special Music

Junior high homeschool graduates participating in the AFHE Junior High Graduate Recognition Ceremony who desire to perform special music or a poetry recitation during the ceremony are invited to submit a video recording or audio recording of their presentation for consideration as one of the performers.  Submissions will be reviewed and those selected will be contacted. Please note, the submission deadline to apply to perform is earlier than the Jr. Grad Ceremony Registration Deadline.

23rd Annual AFHE Jr. High Graduate Recognition

This very special event honors homeschooled students from across the state who are graduating from junior high. It is free for family and friends to attend.This reverent, beautiful ceremony is open to AFHE member families with homeschooled junior high graduates who wish to participate.

Friends, Family, and Homeschool Community

AFHE's Junior High Graduate Recognition Ceremony is open to friends, family, and the homeschool community to attend. We invite the homeschool community to join us in celebrating with the graduates and their families and friends.

This special ceremony is free of charge for friends, family, and the homeschool community to attend. There is a registration process and fee for participating graduates.

NOTE: Access to the exhibit hall at the Arizona Home Education Convention is only available to registered convention attendees. CONVENTION DETAILS

Doors Open

The ballroom doors will open at 6:30 PM. General seating.

Hal and Melanie Young
Hal & Melanie Young are the award-winning authors of Raising Real Men and My Beloved and My Friend: How to Be Married to Your Best Friend Without Changing Spouses. They are publishers, writers, bloggers, and popular conference speakers internationally, known for their Christ-centered focus and practical, real-life stories. They are the parents of six real boys (four grown!) and two real girls and live in noisy, messy happiness in North Carolina.
