2014 Keynote speaker, Carol Barnier, is offering a separate three-hour pre-convention seminar for those who would like to learn how to be published in the Christian market. $40 per person in advance for tickets purchased by June 10 or $50 at the door. This is a great way to invite new families to come to the convention and learn more about parent-led, family-funded, relationship-based home education. Homeschooled students age 12-19 are invited to participate in this year's Christian Teen Program, Film Camp by Crystal Creek Media. Film Camp is the perfect chance to get an inside glimpse into the exciting world of multimedia. With a number of challenging lectures and hands-on demonstrations, Film Campintroduces teens to the history of Christian artwork and its impact on culture throughout the last two millennia, the rapidly changing media environment, and some fun technical aspects of filmmaking.

We encourage you to plan time to visit the exhibit hall at the Arizona Home Education Convention and Curriculum Fair Friday, July 11 and Saturday, July 12, 2014. With over 200 booths in 80,000 square feet of exhibit hall space, you will find an array of some of the finest homeschool resources available! We have posted a list of exhibitors that have been approved for this year's convention so far and will be updating it over the coming months as additional vendors apply.
NEW IN 2014: EXHIBIT HALL ONLY PASS - We will be offering an exhibit hall only pass Saturday 4-7 PM for $25 per person.

Non-Homeschooling Pastors
Invited to Attend the AFHE Convention Free of Charge

As a means to share the vision of home education and to build strong relationships with churches, we invite non-homeschooling pastors of Arizona churches to attend the convention free of charge. This offer is extended to pastors who do not teach their own children at home currently, but are interested in learning more about homeschooling. Invite your pastor to attend!
NOTE: Pastors who are homeschooling their children must register as a regular attendee and pay the admission fee.

2014 AFHE Convention
Volunteer and Save on Convention Admission!

The AFHE Convention is run entirely by volunteers, from the Convention Director to the registration staff. Volunteering at the convention is a lot of fun, too! Arizona homeschool parents are invited to apply. If you are scheduled for five or more hours, you can receive free admission to the convention. We are looking for mature, responsible, reliable adults to volunteer in a variety of positions at our convention including booth hosts for speakers, workshop hosts, registration volunteers, exhibit hall runners, silent auction, AFHE student ID cards booth, and more.
