Scholarship Criteria

The donors are looking for a civic-minded student with a Christian worldview who seeks to apply Judeo-Christian values in order to positively impact policy and culture.

Comments

The Mona Peller Memorial Scholarship fund was established by East Valley Christian Home Educators (EVCHE) in 2007 to recognize a designated homeschooled student’s achievements, assist in their college education, and honor the sacrifice made by their parents. The scholarship was established in memory of Mona Peller, an East Valley homeschooling mother who worked tirelessly to benefit homeschoolers throughout the area. The Lord called Mona home in November of 2005.

The scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating senior whose family is a member of AFHE and chosen based on specific criteria. The requirement and application of the designated scholarships are at the discretion of the donor.
