Columbian Exchange: Old and New World Foods
A focus on gardening, the foods that were being grown by the native people when the Spanish arrived, and the foods the Spanish introduced to the area. Volunteer re-enactors interact with the public to demonstrate and teach about the challenges of daily life when there were no cell phones and no running water. Each living history day has a theme. General admission $5; ages 6-14 $1. Five and under free.
