Exhibitors are a key part of our convention! The AFHE Convention welcomes exhibitors from around the country who present an unmatched array of some of the finest homeschool resources available. There are many returning favorites, as well as new exhibitors every year, so there’s always something wonderful to discover. We encourage you to plan time to visit the exhibit hall and attend exhibitor workshops that pique your interest.

Nowhere else in Arizona will you be able to shop and compare homeschool curriculum and resources in person from this many exhibitors and publishers all gathered in one place.  We also welcome nonprofit exhibitors so you can learn about colleges, civic organizations, youth clubs, and educational attractions and venues. This is a home education and family shopping experience unlike any other!

We are grateful for the businesses who come and support the Arizona homeschool community, dedicating time and expense and a great deal of work to present a booth at our convention. These exhibitors have the knowledge and expertise to help you learn about and compare products you are considering. Be sure to stop and chat with these folks, many of whom are homeschool parents like you, and thank them for investing the time and resources to come to the AFHE Convention!

Many of the exhibitors are experts in their field, and we encourage you to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to ask them questions and learn from them.

When an exhibitor takes the time and effort to explain a product or give beneficial advice, please buy the product from the exhibitor who took the time with you. It is unfair to take advantage of one exhibitor’s time and knowledge and then purchase that product for less from a competitor.

Buying materials from the exhibitor who took the time with you encourages an atmosphere of trust and sharing. It also encourages the return of knowledgeable, well-established exhibitors to our annual convention.

We encourage you to attend exhibitor workshops in addition to the featured speaker workshops hosted by AFHE.

We are pleased to announce that we will once again provide a book check inside the exhibit hall.  You’ll be able to leave your purchases and strollers for a small fee with our book check team. Claim numbers will be issued to allow you to pick up your items or add to your pile.

Please note that in the workshop rooms (excluding the Ballroom), strollers may be parked only in the designated spaces in the back rows due to safety and accessibility concerns.

For your privacy and convenience, a curtained space will be available inside the exhibit hall. Mothers with infants may sit down, feed their babies, and rest a bit. No men, please.
