One of the great advantages of homeschooling is the opportunity to get out and explore, enriching the education adventure.
Have you …
Toured a factory or plant?
Gone spelunking in a cave?
Delighted in a great play or musical performance?
Visited a fascinating museum or zoo?
Enjoyed a hands-on learning experience?
We want to hear about your Arizona homeschool field trip experiences!
AFHE is developing a new feature on our website to highlight many of the outstanding Arizona field trip opportunities we get to enjoy here in our great state.
You’re invited to participate! Tell us about your Arizona field trip experience by submitting an article between 150 and 600 words in length. Share highlights about the venue, what you encountered, and what you learned. You can also share how the field trip tied in with something you’re studying as part of your homeschool, as well as quotes from your kids sharing what they thought about the adventure, if you like.
And don’t forget to send pictures if you have them! High resolution digital photos that are at least 1 MB file size work best.
Your article and photos may be included on the AFHE Blog and/or in an issue of the AFHE Magazine.
Student submissions are welcome, too!
Fill out this short form and upload your article and photos or email them to fieldtrips@afhe.org for possible publication by AFHE.
