Now, when Fitzpatrick isn’t tutoring, she travels throughout the country speaking on successful intervention in reading instruction. She holds a master’s degree in Education, has extensive training in Orton-Gillingham methodology, has been a reading instructor at Chandler-Gilbert Community College, and taught in Northern Arizona University’s teacher-training program.
